Mens Ministries
The Men of the Church sponsor a Buckwheat Pancake Breakfast during the fall and winter months. This time of fellowship and service allows the men to collect mission dollars to help fund various missions in the church and community. Recently, the men have contributed to a renovation of the church kitchen, sponsor children and youth to attend summer camp, and donate food items for the Elkins-area Community Thanksgiving meal.
The Buckwheat Breakfasts are held on the first Saturday of each month from September through March, from 7:00am – 12:00noon. The men gather on the Friday before the Breakfast for a time of preparation, fellowship, and prayer.
