Al-Anon is a self-help organization related to Alcoholics Anonymous.
It assists family members of those in recovery from addiction.
It helps them understand how to live with “their alcoholic” and heal as a family.
Alcoholism is known as a disease that affects the whole family.
Those who participate in Al-Anon have the opportunity to share with others in
the same situation and help them recover from the old patterns and struggles
of living in an alcoholic family.
(Al-Anon is an independent organization and is not affiliated with the church.)
Each evening will begin at 6pm with dinner downstairs in the fellowship Hall.
The remainder of the time will be spent upstairs for games, art, music, and bible stories using the Jesus Storybook Bible.
Child pick up is upstairs at 7:30pm.
We will not meet in June or July.
